Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on Chelsea’s Collections, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is out of control. We are unable to make this arrive quicker, amend addresses etc. During busy periods, your delivery may take slightly longer to get to you.

  • Your information may be used to help us improve our products and services.

  • Once your email address has been provided, you may receive promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.

  • Our shopping pages will guide you through how to place an order on Chelsea's Collections. Our order process allows you to check your information before placing an order. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email info@chelseascollections.co.uk within 1 hour. If your order is dispatched before you email, we will be unable to amend / cancel your order.

  • After you have placed your order, you will recieve an order acknoledgement via email. If you do not recieve this, please check your junk mail / email us to resend. This is for your reference and personal files.

  • Once your order has been despatched, you will recieved an email to advise that your order has been shipped. If you do not recieve this, please check your junk mail / email us to resend.

  • As there is a delay between your order being placed and your order being processed, stock levels may change. Therefore, if we have taken payment and appear to be out of stock, we will email you to notify you. We will offer a replacement product, and if you do not agree, we will refund you.

  • Chelsea's Collections reserve the right to refuse and cancel an order if the product price is wrong, out of stock or we suspect fraudulant activity.

  • The images on the website represent the item being sold. Colours may appear different due to lighting, and the product may appear different due to the fit.

  • All sizes on the website are approximate, however we try our best to advise on which size is best for you.

  • Chelsea’s Collections have the right to change any price at any given time.

  • Due to pricing, discount codes will not work on sale items unless stated otherwise.

  • The price of an item does not include the delivery charge. The delivery charges are available for you to choose at checkout and are displayed on our Delivery Information page.

  • Chelsea’s Collections are not responsible for any additional charges / customs that may have to be paid upon entering another country. For accurate information on custom charges, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office. If you fail to pay these charges and the order is returned to us, we will charge you the costs involved.

  • Please ensure you have entered the correct address anc reciepient name. We are not resonsible for your order being delivered to the wrong address if you have provided it wrong.

  • If your order states delivered but you have not recieved your order, please contact your local delivery office. Unfortunatly, we cannot help in this situation as we are not the reciepient and it is not our local delivery office.

  • We hope that every order is despatched and delivered within the provided time frame, however there may be delays due to unforseen cirumstances.

  • We are unable to deliver on Sundays, bank holidays, public holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day.
