Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on Chelsea’s Collections, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email info@chelseascollections.co.uk within 1 hour. If your order is despatched before you email, we will be unable to amend / cancel your order. Please double check your order before placing.

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • If you wish to return your item, please email info@chelseascollections.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. All items returned must be in original packaging with original tags. All items must be unworn, undamaged, free of any marks / smells.

  • We only accept returns on clothing, excluding any lingerie items / swimwear items. No beauty products, beauty accessories or false lashes / glue may be returned for health and hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns on mystery items.

  • All returned items will be provided with a store credit only. This does NOT effect your statuary rights.

  • Store credit will be emailed as a code to the original email address which placed the order. Store credit can only be used on www.chelseascollections.co.uk

  • When returning, we suggest you use a tracked delivery service. You will pay for your own return service. We do not refund this. If a return is lost on the way back to us, we will not be held responsible.

  • Unfortunately, we currently cannot accept returns from customers outside of the U.K. 

  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit like cash. Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.

  • You will not be refunded for any postage costs. You will receive store credit that you paid for the item only. Store credit does not cover the postage cost for your new order either.

  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store credit has no expiration date.

  • Unfortunately, store credit cannot be split between orders.

  • Unfortunately, discount codes will not work at the same time as using store credit.

  • All products are triple checked before sending. Any faulty item will need to be reported within three days of delivery with images.​

  • If a faulty item is returned, this will be checked to ensure no tampering has taken place. All products are triple checked before posting out. If we find this has been tampered with, we will be unable to offer you a refund and we will send the original product back to you.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is out of control. We are unable to make this arrive quicker, amend addresses etc. During busy periods, your delivery may take slightly longer to get to you.

  • Chelsea’s Collections are not responsible for any additional charges / customs that may have to be paid upon entering another country. For accurate information on custom charges, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office.

  • Your information may be used to help us improve our products and services.

  • Once your email address has been provided, you may receive promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from these.

  • Chelsea’s Collections have the right to change any price at any given time. This is usually down to the current costing of new stock.

  • Due to pricing, discount codes will not work on sale items unless stated otherwise.
