Delivery Information

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19:

  • We are still despatching as normal to England, Wales, Scotland, N. Ireland, The Channel Islands and Republic Of Ireland.

  • Following advice from our shipping providers, we have paused on all other international shipping. We are reviewing this decision every day and hope to be able to offer worldwide shipping again soon. 

  • Deliveries are mainly made by Royal Mail. We kindly ask for your patience on deliveries - we are still despatching within 1 - 2 working days, however Royal Mail are overstacked with deliveries and your delivery may take a few extra days. We are lucky to still have our postal workers during this crisis.

  • If you are worried about where your parcel is, the quickest option is to phone your nearest Royal Mail delivery office / sorting branch as they will be able to update you with when delivery will be. Please note, in some areas deliveries are only taking place every few days which will cause a bigger delay on delivery.

  • Royal Mail are currently operating a no-contact service, however if this is essential for you, please let us know in your order comments and we can make this clear on your parcel to ensure this is 100% contactless.

  • We store all of our products in one room, therefore there is no delay in any despatching of products. This means we are not working via a warehouse - it is just one person handling the packaging of your order. 

  • Before the packaging of your order (standard procedure) - hands are washed, workplace is cleaned and tidied, additionally, gloves are worn for the handling of hygiene products such as lashes.

  • STANDARD DELIVERY FAQ'S:

  • UK postage is FREE second class (approx 2 – 4 working days) or £3.99 first class (approx 1 – 3 working days). This charge applies for England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey. Deliveries are via Royal Mail, you will receive a tracking number once dispatched. Free U.K Standard delivery on orders over £100.

  • Please note, your delivery may come in more than one package if it is a large order. You will not be charged aditional costs.

  • Delivery times are approx only. These may be extended around busy periods such as bank holidays and holiday seasons.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend your order. We are also unable to amend delivery addresses and we are unable to speed the delivery up.

  • Republic of Ireland delivery charge is £9.99. (Hermes)

  • Europe delivery charge is £12.99. (Tracked)

  • Rest of World delivery charge is £15.00. (Tracked)

  • If a postage option doesn’t appear to your country, please email us for more assistance.

  • Your tracking reference is provided once dispatched. You will receive an email once dispatched. To view your tracking number, you will need to have made an account and logged in on our website.

  • International orders usually arrive within 5 – 15 working days, depending on where you are located. ​Delays may occur depending on the postal services in other countries. Additional taxes / customs are out of our control. This time is estimated only.

  • All orders are dispatched within 3 working days. No orders are dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or UK bank holidays.

  • No orders are delivered on Sundays or bank holidays in the UK. Please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive around busy holiday periods.

  • If we use a different postal service to Royal Mail, you will be notified upon dispatch.

  • Please note, we are unable to open a dispute with Royal Mail for lost goods until it has been 2 working weeks since shipping your order (UK.) International orders will need to allow 3 – 4 working weeks.  This also means we will be unable to replace your order until Royal Mail confirm this has been lost.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our control and no longer our responsibility. 

  • Depending on the value of your order, you may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected shipping charges at your end.

  • Postage charges may differ when Chelsea’s Collections have a sale on.
